Is there any importance of decluttering your mind? Yes, there is!
This is were de-cluttering is needed. So, I do not specifically say it is only the things in your mind. NA'A But also the tangible things that provide you stress and anxiety.
1. ALWAYS BE ORGANIZE
If you can't do it always, just remember to be organized. Because as time goes by things may get to be complicated and you will not see it because you are not organized. Either your time, your commitments, and your work.
The key in here is to set these things to be organized, set a schedule, time, know it's importance.
2. DON'T TRY EVERYTHING AT ONCE
Even if you are in a rush, doing everything at once can cause small problems that could be big afterward and these small problems may not seem to be important but it may affect the entire goal or routine that you are doing.
Most of the time doing everything in a rush, makes you tend to forget other things that must be imparted with those projects or priorities.
3. DONATE IF YOU DON'T NEED
So, definitely were talking about the tangible things in here. If you don't need those clothes, donate them.
Instead of seeing them piling up on your wardrobe and it may waste your time choosing what to wear but you have so many clothes to choose from.
You really don't need them. (It happened to me) Also, your books or things that you don't need but still usable can be helpful to other people.
You just not declutter your space but also share happiness.
4. CHECK INBOX
If you are a person, who really needs or your email is important to you. Then I think you should always check your inbox. There will be spam messages, subscription messages that pile up important messages from you.
Scrolling down takes time, searching for it takes time (thanks to the search bar at Gmail). It may piss you off. If you are not into someone's article or website, unsubscribe already. If you are always getting emails about stuff you don't really read or take importance to put it in spam messages.
5. CELEBRATE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Though I know, some of you will say. "I should just sleep, I should just work or do important things than to celebrate".
Celebrating your accomplishments or when everything was done, is one of the general rules in life. Sleeping can be a reward for you, even if it means eating a lot or eating outside with your friends, go to parties, can be a means of celebrating or just watching your favorite movie.
Rewarding yourself is not a bad thing, it is just giving yourself that feeling of accomplishment, that feeling of success that you have done.
