You know how online shopping makes it more convenient for us. [Busy people, no time to go to the mall and check everything or have compared prices at the mall and tons of discounts plus freebies were offered online!]

I’ve tried LAZADA, SHOPEE, ZALORA, AMAZON and etc. [a lot!]

Few of them offered an installment based payment, but when AKULAKU came… it was really a blast! Gadgets, clothes, beauty products, appliances and so much more! These things can be paid through installment amounts.

Installments from this application are based on your credit limit. Your credit limits are going to be based on your salary, credit reports, and information that you will provide to them by registering through their application.

So, to get your credit limit, make sure to have the SSS number and valid I.D, copy of your salary [pay slip!]. These things are needed to verify your identity. Once done filling out the form [which I do apologize, I don’t have a picture of that], they will contact you for verification.

Certain products have installment based payments; others don’t have [you need to pay in full amount]. You can choose from 20% - 70%, to pay for 2 months, 3 months or so. Depending on the payment plan that is available for the product. This still depends on your credit limit, the price of the product and the availability of installment.

It was certainly good, as I was able to buy products without paying at full price. [Making my wallet cry]

HOWEVER

Talking about customer service [ehem...Crickets**]. Yes, crickets, like is there any customer service representative here?

You will have to wait for days, not a day or two, but 5 days [if you’re lucky], a week or weeks, or even MONTHSSSSSSSS….

But hey! Sometimes they reply fast [it’s their automated system];

And I don’t know what happened, but the addresses that I have used since the beginning of using this application is not a valid shipping address anymore. The most annoying part is, they’re using Google Maps to locate these addresses, but none of them are valid. [-_-]

I would really love to continue using this application because it offered more than the other online shopping platforms. It would be best if they would upgrade their customer service.
