As I drift away, from the tick of the clock,

from the machines, I've been holding, 

and 

from the task, I've been doing every day.

The voices were calling me, saying I should just lay in bed, 

and

Not open my eyes to see the reality.

I saw someone, I believe I knew him.

I was about to exchange vows to a man I know that is too far to be reached.

He is unknown from my reality.

Both Families were celebrating as if they knew my past.

My grandmother whom I also don't know asked...

"Are you happy? Because I feel that you're not"

I was surprised, as she is the only person who talks to me as if she's in front of me.

As if she's real. 

I told her I don't know what's happening, but my heart is troubled.

My mind was thinking someone else, and not this man I'm holding with.

My mind was saying this is not the right moment, and I have to wait.

I know it was all a dream, but I'm afraid to not escape it. 

I was walking through a path, with a man I do not know.

Who cares and respects me so much, but my love never shows. 

My heart and mind say to stop what's happening because I know he'll get hurt.

But the preparation is almost done, for me to be with him. 

Until...

The woman who has asked me...

The woman in my dream as my grandmother...

She told him that I'm not happy, and should let me go.

Everyone was shocked! 

Because they saw me fitting that white beautiful dress and planning all of what's needed.

The man whom I almost about to exchange vows...

was not even mad..

not even crying...

nor feel hurt...

but 

he then asked...

if I'm still waiting

for a man that will never come back. 

I opened my eyes and thought I was already in reality.

But it just keeps on repeating, as if it saying something. 

Something I've been thinking for so long, but could not escape it.
