You hit the ground,

Smashed everything you see,

Not knowing what's underneath;

You stomped your feet,

You burst in anger and guilt;

What have you done?

Why did you do it?

Why do you have to hit the bottom of everything, 

and hurt everyone else?

You find the answer,

and

it was YOU, all the time.

You are the problem

You are the one making all these mistakes

You can't blame anyone

but you are so hard on yourself

that you don't want to even look in the mirror

Because

You'll see the person, that you don't know anymore.

You cry but you feel like you don't deserve to have tears,

You clean your body but still feel disgusted about yourself.

You don't want any good to come in your life, 

Because you thought it will just go to waste.

That rock you've hit was the biggest mistake in your life,

And you can never change or go back from that time.
